Barely.

At least I have not been on the road for a few months now. So, now, I am looking for work in this crapppy economy. It's coming, but, being a carpenter I have to wait on other trades for my turn and then try to fill in with small jobs along the way.

Last Christmas I started a new experiment....writing on my bal-er-I mean bulbs. Christmas bulbs that is. I' get some pics posted when I can.

In the meantime, when I have a couple of dollars for a beer I am still out and about at my favourite watering holes meeting new people with the old "what's your name?" line and making lots of friends.
One of the neatest things about doing this is when something like this happens: "Hey, I know who you are! you did my mom and dad's name a couple years ago. they still have those."
and a lovely young lady she was too. It's fun to write a new "business card" for those great people.

Still do not have a scanner. (that's what I get for pissing off the contractor who kept me on the road. But hey great money at my own expense?? doesn't equal great money or much fun for 60 hours in 5 days, eating Wendy's and staring at 4 walls in a new hotel.)

Ahhh....bitch, bitch , bitch. I's old enough to get over it....lol
